I loved nice staff and food.

No complains at all, the venue met needs, would recommend it. We loved the hotel and San Jose, had 6 good days there.

Some people working there were very unfriendly.

Everything was simply nice. I loved the hotel, it's contemporary and the location is unbeatable close to airport. Helpful staff, who gave me awesome suggestions.

Came in San Jose to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was excellent base for doing it. The room met expectations, spotless with a view.

Above average breakfasts plus comprehensive staff - exceptional stay. Room was very pretty and had a beautiful balcony. We liked refreshing drinks at the poolside bar. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was original. There were complimentary internet and easy to access parking available.

Compact rooms, funny staff. The location in a downtown area was picturesque and there were a market and several stores nearby. I liked the room, the bed was very comfy.

The room was surprisingly big and the location was magnificent. They made my stay excellent. The beach nearby was good and the view was exceptional. Lots of various drinks, such as wines and tea in the bar: )

Hotel is relaxing and fairly clean, has pleasant rooms and staff.

Regular double, regular double room, really good staff, very quiet residential area. I loved the good hot breakfast served here. Captivating view, a nice balcony, spacious bed, too. Enjoyable hotel centrally located in the city.

Room was good standard, breakfast was extensive, bed was large. Every staff member I met were happy to help.

Amazing base for exploring San Jose. Loved the place, really enjoyable stay. Location was superb in a safe area. And it also had ASTONISHING view. Bkfast staff made us feel welcome. The pool area was heated too.

This hotel was very modern and everything was so perfect. Extra comfortable beds and flat-screen TV, a coffee maker and a work desk. The breakfast was really delicious, lots of excellent food. It was a such great stay, you could leave a car on site. Moreover, there was free wifi in all rooms.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. Liked the double room we had. It was very close to Lago de la Sabana.

It had wonderful location and service, they offered free WiFi. Maid is the best ever! I love eating outside and there's pane e vino, set minute walk from the hotel. Also, it had parking on site.

The sky bar onsite. Staff was great and we appreciated our stay. Location near Avis bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away. A short walk to attractions, including Central Park...

an easy walk to the restaurant segundo muelle. it was definitely 3 stars for us. super base for a city break in san jose.
